Gifts of Hope for Canada
Finding the Hope campaigns have reached more than 328,000 homes in 228 communities of 8 provinces. Over 170 churches have partnered in these evangelistic ventures, making it possible for every home in each targeted area to know who Jesus is, how to follow Him, and how to connect to a local fellowship of believers.
Plans and preparations are now underway for campaigns early in 2011 in 16 areas of three Canadian provinces.
Finding the Hope is the most ambitious but also the most effective Gospel initiative we have undertaken to reach Canada for Christ. Your participation in this historic endeavour is so appreciated!

Translate the Message of Hope
Through Finding the Hope something amazing is being found in translation—the Good News of Jesus Christ. Professional translation of Finding the Hope materials costs thousands of dollars per project. A Christmas gift for these projects will enable us to make progress on translations of the evangelistic and follow-up materials and to make professional recordings for the Finding the Hope websites. New translations will help in meeting the challenge in Canada and around the globe.

As Finding the Hope continues to expand, the need for tools and technical support also increases. Right now there is a pressing need for more equipment and more personnel to improve our capacity to meet the growing challenges. EHC’s global, home-by-home evangelism strategy continues to reach millions of people every year with the Good News of Jesus. Reports for 2010 are still coming in but we know that over 36,000 people per day have responded to the Gospel this year. Amazingly, a gift of just $40 per month—$480 for one year—enables EHC’s dedicated workers to reach and follow up 5,000 people. Strengthen the Faith of New Believers
When people who have received a Gospel witness respond by putting their faith in Christ, they need immediate attention. EHC meets this crucial need, providing new believers with Bible courses to begin the process of discipleship. A gift of $50 will enable the printing and distribution of 100 Bible courses to new believers in scores of nations around the world. $100 will provide 200 Bible courses; and $500 will underwrite the costs for Bible courses to spiritually enrich 1,000 lives. The importance of this need cannot be overemphasized. EHC’s Bible courses are key factors in making disciples and in strengthening newly-established Christ Groups.

Sponsor a Needy Child in India
The nation of India has literally millions of desperately needy children, many of them orphaned or abandoned. EHC is nurturing some of these precious young lives by establishing homes for boys and girls. For many, this is their first stable home, a place to grow in the nurture and admonition of the Lord. They are also receiving education and preparing for life as adults. A Christmas gift of $35 provides full support for a child for one month. Give Hope to Every Home in Siberia
Since 2002, EHC has been reaching the Siberian region of Buryatia through a mission base in Ulan Ude. Ministries have recently been launched in three more regions where over three million people live. One of the new works, in the city of Novkuznetsk, was launched as a result of a Strategy 21 Leadership Conference sponsored by EHC/Canada. A gift of only $75 will reach 500 people in Siberia with the Good News of Jesus. $150 will reach 1,000 people. And $1000 will reach 6,500 people. For so little we can do so much to bring the light of the Christ to regions where millions are still waiting to hear the Gospel for the first time.
